Bug Description

unable to bzr pull / push / up in version 2.0 as well as 2.1 and beta version.
I switched back to bzr 1.9 because not able to update my tree also....

bzr: ERROR: Cannot lock LockDir(http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~../.../.bzr/branch/lock): Transport operation not possible: http does not support mkdir()

I'm using windows XP
bzr version I've tried

bzr-2.0.1-1.win32-py2.5.exe
bzr-2.1.0b1-1.win32-py2.5.exe
bzr-2.1.0b1-2-setup.exe

only version 1.9 is working........ for me.

There was a url stored in the config file we didn't url escape, and
thats been changed.

running bzr unbind then bzr bind should fix it. Alternatively, 'bzr
unbind', 'bzr bind http://bazaar.launchpad.net/...'

Yes, well, trying to push to a dumb http:// URL would not work since you
can't write to it.

Could you give us some details, please? For example, a traceback? (If
there isn't one, check .bzr.log ("bzr version" will show its path), or
run bzr with -Derror (e.g. "bzr -Derror pull").)

What plugins do you have installed? ("bzr plugins".)

(I have no idea; maybe someone else does know the answer.)
