When I try to "bzr get" on http over an instable connection I would like to be able to restart the attempt without downloading the files yet downloaded.
Use a local repository.
Then when you create a branch underneath it, all meta information will be stored in the repository. And a future 'bzr get' can reuse the earlier data.
Alternatively, you can use 'bzr init' and 'bzr pull'. Which also will re-use some of the downloaded data.
