by default seq24 does the midi-routing itself, if you start seq24 with the --manual_alsa_ports option, you can do the routing in qjackctl

I tried seq24 in Ubuntu Natty AMD64.
Unfortunately starting seq24 with --manual_alsa_ports does not fix what nickleus reported.
I am also missing the seq24 entries in qjackctl.
