Bug Description
I'm a bit of a Kubuntu novice, so I hope I'm describing the problems in enough details to make you able to help me. It looks like the archieves may be contains some wrong files? I'm just running a normal out-of-the box installation of Kubuntu 9,04 on a HP laptop series 9xxxx.
I'm trying to use the update manager to update Kubuntu 9,04 to 9,10. It starts by fetching something called Software Channels. It seems to receive a lot of files, until the following errors occur. I'm sorry for the danish language setting, så I'll translate into english:
"Kunne ikke hente" = "Could not fetch"
"Nogle indeksfiler kunne ikke hentes, de er blevet ignoreret eller de gamle bruges i stedet" = "Some index files could not be fetched. They have been ignored or the existing ones have been used instead".

Thanks in advance

Hi all. Suddenly today it worked - I could upgrade to Kubuntu 9,10 without any problems. I don't know what the problem was or who fixed it and how. Thanks anyway :-)
