Change dependency from postgresql to postgresql-client

 it might make sense to depend on postgresql-client instead of postgresql.

Hi Peter, thanks for your work.

I'm rejecting this bug, since dak only suggests postgresql, but neither recommends it nor depends on it (and that way postgresql isn't drawn in by default from aptitude).

Feel free to reopen this bug, if you think I'm wrong here.

Hi Stefan

It's definitly not an important issue. But, if I'm right, what is suggested,
is probably the PostgreSQL client, not the PostgreSQL server. (In the
network in my office I have only 1 PostgreSQL server, but more then 1 PC
connecting to it).
