url method on grok.JSON

JSON views should support the url method just like grok.View.

The bug report came in on the exact moment I was looking for the url() method on a JSON view... We should have this. Working on it right away...

Yes.

I think we need everything to do with URL generation, so if we have
application_url we need those too. I also agree we should add the
response property.
