Bug Description
ALL about WUBI i.e. installing on FAT/NTFS
8.10 kernel was working fine on FAT32.
9.04 kernel doesn't boot from FAT32 (9.04 wubi can't create a number of disk-files in size <4Gb and trying to create single full_size file like on NTFS, so he can't and hangup. But installing 8.10 and upgrading to 9.04 we can boot with old (from 8.10) kernel and can't with kernel from 9.04) (old bug)
9.10 wubi now installed and boot to/from FAT32 successfully, but it get only 13Gb (4Gb for rootdisk, 4Gb for homedisk, 4Gb for USERdisk and a bit for swapdisk = more than 12Gb) even if you chose 30Gb or more in installation (8.10 can get 18Gb max).
BUG:
When I've installed a lot of programms (all games from repository + ...), Synaptix halted (about 1hr no desktop, no task manager, no transaction I can do - only 2 white blanck windows - synaptix+progress). After cold reboot Ubuntu failed to load - black blanck screen with mouse pointer.
I think that Ubuntu can't expand it disks (by creating addition) and X.

There is a file size limit of 4GB in fat32 so it is not that easy to allow more than that. Aworkaround is to convert the partition to ntfs on your side.
