Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdirstat
Dapper Drake:
In nautilus, right-click on a folder. Choose "open-with other application". the dialog box appears. Kdirstat does not appear in the program list.

From what I understand, KDE applications don't show up in "Open with other applications".
This is an old bug. I am going to mark it Confirmed and ask if anyone has any special insight to add.
