Please sync jirc 1.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Earlier version does not work at all with pre-3.0 PCJ, so this package is
currently non-functional in Karmic. Regression potential for this SRU is 0.

  * New upstream release (Closes: 529886).
  * debian/control:
    - require 3.0 PCJ, as API is totally different.
    - adjust my maintainer email address.
