RSS Feed not updating on office homepage

Jonathan reported that the feeds on the office homepage in KARL are not up to date. I checked the log files and it looks as though the cron entry is running, but the last article in the feed has a date of 9/8/2009. I tried looking around to find where the link url is located to check it but couldn't find anything other than the osi/osi/feedsnapshots folder which seems more for test data. I also looked for any documentation on the feeds functionality to try to fix it myself but couldn't find any.

The correct feed URL is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/OpenSocietyInstituteAndSorosFoundationNetwork

Shane, as part of looking at this, can you propose a way we could setup some monitoring for this like we have for detecting when email is wedged?

The configuration snippet for the Soros feed was only in the development karl.ini. I have added it everywhere it needs to be and updated production.
