Jockey-gtk shows does not show restricted drivers after install

Bug Description
Binary package hint: jockey-gtk
When using the LiveCD of Karmic Beta (32bit), Jockey shows the restricted drivers to use with my system (Ati driver and Broadcom driver), but after installing it to my hard drive, or USB stick, hardware drivers is empty, but after installing the b43-fwcutter package, restricted drivers (both b43 and ati driver) appear.
