Move the bubble when the pointer is over it, don't make it disappear

Bug Description

Could you please move the bubble instead of making it disappear temporarily?

The momentary disappear of the bubble looks like a bug and is very confusing. Instead, moving the bubble suggests that the bubble is moving to give you access to the underlying windows.

Are you using compositing? With a compositing window manager, the disappearance is more gradual.

No, I'm not using a compositing window manager.

The point is, even if the bubble disappear, people (at least all those I talked to) don't get that the bubble is not "going away", it is just "moving" to give you access to the underlying window. An short animation that show the notification moving away (maybe moving right outside the screen) would instantly suggest that it is only momentarily moving away.
