RFA: Please remove eclipse-cdt from the karmic

Binary package hint: eclipse-cdt

Please remove eclipse-cdt from the karmic. It is incompatible with the current eclipse package. Having no package is better than having package in Ubuntu that does not work at all. Due to a lack of time and manpower we did not have an updated package ready.

It's sufficient to remove the binaries, because we will hopefully have an updated package in lucid.

"checkrdepends eclipse-cdt karmic" is empty, ok.

I rather remove the entire source, though, it's much cleaner. It was just an auto-import, so it will come back automatically anyway and nothing is lost.

There is still no eclipse-cdt package for lucid. So just install cdt from eclipse menu "Help -> Install New Software -> Add", right?
