[Request] Make duration count upwards in cases where duration is not available

Bug Description
For streaming sources (such as Jamendo or streaming radio), the duration cannot be obtained. Instead of simply putting "Streaming..." in the progress bar, would it be possible to start the playback timer so we can tell how long the track has been streaming for?
