Excel export : Accented letter badly encoded

Hello,

I tried to export my project list with the web and the GTK client (without checking import compatible).

With the web client :
-the data are only in the first column
-accented letters are badly encoded (Temps planifié,Temps écoulé) both in field name AND data
-the dot is used instead of decimal point (my windows preferences)

With the GTK client :
-accented letter are badly encoded (Temps planifié,Temps écoulé) in the field name
-the dot is used instead of decimal point (my windows preferences)

I noticed that the field name are not translate in web client.
