Bug Description
It would be very convenient to assign tags via dropping them on tasks.
Similarly, a tag should be assigned if a task is dropped on it.

GTG now supports dropping tasks onto tags.
I also implemented (but not merged) dropping tags onto tasks, but that doesn't work yet. Clicking the tag to select it immediately changes the view, so only tasks already with that tag are shown. Maybe this can be fixed in the future. (Similar to bug #348907)
