Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10 amd64

Since years i make a backup with afio written directly to a dvdrw. Worked till jaunty, now i got a strange behaviour. The backup freeze, the drive stays locked and shutdown of the machine did not work. The pc must be switched off or pressed reset button to work again.

This works well with the stable kernel packages on i386 and amd64, can be closed now.
