Bug Description

I use fresh install Ubuntu 9.10 on a Toshiba Satellite A300-20C with Bios 1.70
After boot everything is ok.
After suspend Fn-F6 and Fn-F7 keys stop working. xev shows no input at all with them.
Fan control works in one direction - fan starts low, then it is louder and louder, while the processor is cold. Power stepping is ok, 1000MHz all time.
After subsequent suspend, fan stops running, and then it starts (when hot) and never stops. Brightness issue - no change.

I upgraded BIOS to 1.90 - no change, apart from better fan control, but only after boot, not later after suspend
the command:

xev | sed -n 's/^.*state \([0-9].*\), keycode *\([0-9]\+\) *\(.*\), .*$/keycode \2 = \3, state = \1/p'

gives no result when pressing Fn-F6/F7, but brightness changes and the icon with sun picture shows up

after boot:
acpi_listen
video DD03 00000087 00000000
video DD03 00000086 00000000

After suspend, there is no response from acpi_listen
