Bug Description

I have a toshiba Satellite P35-S605 Laptop. Before I connect my bluetooth Microsoft Intellimouse and Bluetooth Keyboard, the touch pad works fine. After I connect it though, the mouse will not work correctly on the touchpad or the bluetooth mouse. The cursor will only respond to whatever window was active when the problem starts. There seems to be a slight delay between the time the bluetooth mouse is connected and the problem happens. When I disconnect the bluetooth adapter and restart x the problem goes away. I tried my USB mouse out and it works fine. But every time I connect the bluetooth mouse, the problem happens again.

I should probably add that this started after I upgraded to dapper last night, and that I updated using adept so the packages with the problem were the latest as of last night.

I've done a little more testing and it seems that the problem occurs when the bluetooth keyboard is connected, and not the bluetooth mouse...

This sounds like a change in the bluetooth drivers due to your upgrade. I've marked this as a bug in the kernel.
