attempt to Change Bug Supervisor gives error

Bug Description
There is currently no Bug Supervisor on the Empathy project. I used

and tried to add user 'cassidy' as the supervisor on three separate occasions. I got an error each time:

The three error codes: (Error ID: OOPS-1393B2794) & (Error ID: OOPS-1393E2927) & (Error ID: OOPS-1394K104)
Then I tried to add myself as bug supervisor, and got the same message, with (Error ID: OOPS-1394B133) .
Could this be because Empathy is a sub-project of the Telepathy project? I note that I can't see whether Telepathy has a bug supervisor, or who it is. Or could it be because Empathy is listed as storing its bugs primarily in the GNOME project bugtracker?

The OOPS ocurring when you set yourself as the supervisor is fixed inr9767; the OOPS occurring when you want to set somebody else as the supervisor is fixed in r9871 (at present available only on edge.launchpad.net, not yet on production), sort of: You'll now get an error message that you can appoint only yourself and teams you administer. See the discussion in bug 479331, and bug 48352.
