Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

steps to reproduce:

create a new slide, wirte some text
insert video element, rightclick - arrangement - move down / back

preview shows the element behind text

hit F5 text is behind video !
This makes the videofeautre nearly useless in impress !

Appears to be an ooo-build issue, since I can't get insert video to work at all with the official version.
