Bug Description
It is possible that if a SVN operation fails that the workspace may remain locked. There is at present no way to unlcok this except by directly running cleanup on the workspace (see attached file).
When a users repository is locked they will receive the following message when they try and do a SVN operation.
"Error: Working copy '/home/
There should either be an action to run 'svn cleanup' or it should be offered to users whenever a lock error is encountered. I'd be hesitant to automatically run cleanups in case of a legitimate operation holding the lock.
