Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

Totem still complains about missing codec after a successful installation of it using the corresponding "search codec" utility of totem.
Way to reproduce the bug:
1) you try to open a wmv file after a fresh installation of karmic
2) you are prompted to install additional codecs "Windows media video 8 & 9"
3) the installation of the corresponding packages ends successfully
4) you get the following error message:
"The playback of this movie requires a Windows Media Video 9 decoder plugin which is not installed"
5) you try to reopen the file
6) it works
