Bug Description
My ~/.xsession-errors:
-------
/etc/gdm/
/etc/gdm/
/etc/gdm/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
/etc/gdm/Xsession: Executing startxfce4 failed, will try to run x-terminal-emulator
-------
GNOME failsafe works fine. I installed xubuntu, as a alternative. But XFCE doesn't start too.

When i start gnome normal and the session-error comes, a xterm open. If i now start '''gnome-session''' manually, it starts fine! I appears some errors: ======= ======= ======= ======= ===== MANAGER= local/jens- desktop: /tmp/.ICE- unix/6608
