POT files are not imported in Launchpad Translations

Binary package hint: userconfig

I'm opening this bug reported by Jonathan Riddell

Jonathan has build the userconfig package and he got the following translations tar.gz

The new source package was upload on Fri, 23 Oct 2009 19:21:04 +0100

Looking in the userconfig import queue I can not see the new pot files:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/userconfig/+imports

Is this a problem in lang-o-matic or Launchpad Translations ?

The build log shows that pkgbinarymangler was unable to find translations after the build.

I thinks this is the build log relevant for translations:
