Bug Description
in dapper drake, when a printer is plugged in, it is recogized and the dialog to install it comes up. but when the same printer is plugged in again, the dialog comes up again despite the fact that the printer has already been configured.
step to reproduce:
plug in USB printer
setup printer
disconnect printer
reconnect printer
