Ubuntu One menu entry is not translated

Bug Description
The menu entry for Ubuntu One (Applications -> Internet -> Ubuntu One) is not translated.
This is because the name entry in the desktop file is not marked for translation (it should be _Name instead of Name) which resulted in the string "Ubuntu One" never getting into the translation templates and not being translated.
This pretty important for scripts like Arabic where application names need either be translated or transliterated.
