Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

1)
lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10

2)
apt-cache policy compiz
compiz:
  Installato: 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu2
  Candidato: 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu2
  Tabella versione:
 *** 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu2 0
        500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3)
I expected windows to open / move / maximize correctly with a nice woobling effect

4)
5 seconds of freeze, then no window manager running (borderless windows). Solution: right-click on fusion-icon -> reload window manager. After window manager restart, each application I was running is on a wrong desktop. Using 8 desktop, no cube.
