daily stats show incorrect start date for streak

For the top daily stats numbers, it shows the maximum days in a row each person did, but the start date is incorrect for the streak. It assumes the person is on the streak and counts back from today.

The greatest number of days in a row where participants achieved their 5-a-day.

Maybe we can just /not/ show the date until this is fixed? It is obviously wrong there.

I've removed the "Started" bit from the html output. I think it'll require some refactoring of the code to get the Started value to be accurate.
