Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

not really sure what happened, i opened a new tab to talk to a second person and empathy froze and quit. its similar to Bug #444999, but with no explanation i cant be sure, also it is noted to upgrade packages and if the error is encountered again, file a new bug, i updated not more than an hour ago, which is why im filing this bug.
im using:
 2.28.1-1ubuntu1

and im running:
Ubuntu Karmic Koala 9.10
