Vault: Support loading of tutorials bundled with an activity

Currently, loading of tutorials that are bundled with an activity is not fully supported as it relies solely on the presence of an environment variable that is set when launching an activity.

In the shell, and in the Workshop, it will be necessary to specify in which path to search for the tutorials.

Modifying the environment between calls will not be an acceptable solution.
