Bug Description
There are several places where the logging reports repeated checks that happen every few minutes. There was one case, regarding Quakelive, where I reduced the amount of logging produced to one set of messages when the Quakelive auto-activation began, and another set of messages when the auto-activation ended. If possible, I would like to do this for the other auto-activation cases as well. Clearly, this is not a high-priority bug.

I believe that the logging should now be less verbose, with no elements that repeat every 15 seconds, thus reducing the chance that something important will be pushed out of the logs.
