Bug Description
In the Karmic repository the package libcupsys2 is no longer present. It has been replaced by the libcups2 package.
The driver for the canon printer MP540 however depends on the libcupsys2 package. The driver, a debian package, is available for download from the canon site.
Steps:
-When double clicking the package it opens in GDebi
-It tells me all dependencies are satisfied
-After clicking the install package button it start installing
-Then it tells me the dependency libcupsys2 is not satisfied (see screen-shot)
Thus, I cannot install the driver and use the printer properly.
