HP Officejet 8000 Pro paper feed ist displaced for about 1cm and cut text off

The printed A4 paper is displaced for about 10mm and cut the text of the right printing area off, see the picture: http://i37.tinypic.com/307x9he.jpg .

I use the HP Officejet 8000 Pro on Ubuntu 9.10 with HPLIB 3.9.8 (english localisation). Under Windows the printer works great and without a displaced printframe, but i dont have a windows pc here - to print stuff.

If you need any output let me now. I have no clue.

Steps to reproduce the problem: print any page like and messure the printframe.
