wubi doesnt see optical driver?

i ve installed wubi ubuntu on my fujitsu-siemens amilo 2528 laptop about a month ago.It works almost perfect and im saying almost cause of the problem im about to describe.Ubuntu doesnt see laptops devices such as optical writing device,bison webcam and microfone.Using the mic it doesnt work using skype neither does external recording and camera opened on skype turns green.Tried to open up camera using vlc failed.Can this be solved or instalation via wubi doesnt support such functionalities?
