apport-gtk isn't working - does nothing

Binary package hint: apport

For the Menu I added in 'System Tools' then added in apport-gtk, listed as, 'Report a problem...'

When you click the icon in the menu nothing happens, and when you run apport-gtk nothing happens as well and no messages of any kind, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or possibly apport-gtk isn't fully functional yet, either way I'm reporting this in case it is suppose to be working.
