'Safely Remove Drive' With Multiple Partitions On USB Drive Creates Error

Bug Description

I have a portable USB hard drive that has two partitions on it.

When I right click on one of the partitions and click, 'Safely Remove Drive' I'll get an error popup message.

Here's how the hard drive icons appear as two drives/partitions: (With me clicking one.)

Same error message here, single FAT32 partition on device though
