Bug Description
Binary package hint: netbeans
When I click on Tools -> Plugins, the dialog does not pop up, and a warning at the bottom indicates that an error has occurred. I have attached my messages.log file here.

From messages.log it looks like it can't find method void checkSize(int, int, int, boolean) in org.jdesktop. layout. GroupLayout. java. layout- java package and make sure there is a link: /usr/share/ netbeans/ platform10/ modules/ ext/swing- layout- 1.0.3.jar -> ../../. ./../java/ swing-layout. jar
