I *think* this bug affects me, too. When shutting the computer down, I get an error message:

"Couldn't share keys
Can't publish discovery information on the network."

However, the popup has no title, so I cannot be sure which program generates this error message. I think it has to do with UPnP discovery of LAN, as this error message popped up again while upgrading the avahi-daemon today.

Have the same error at every start in openSUSE 11.2. It happens on the desktop PC connected to the net via Ethernet cable. So it has nothing to do with the wireless connection. According to xprop the error is shown by seahorse-daemon process.

To stop this error from showing up on every system start I did the next:
- launched "Passwords and Encryption Keys" application
- menu "Remote" -> "Sync and Publish Keys..."
- button "Key Servers" in "Sync Keys" dialog
- tab "Key Sharing" in "Preferences" window
- unchecked checkbox "Share my keys with others on my network"
