What about user- and node-specific bookmarks and RSS feeds? Should those be accessible from the blue bar?

                Agree, and I think it's more than just display: the bookmarks are oriented around RSS feeds, so for example the BB only shows a "subscribe" link when viewing a page with XML/RSS content. For general purpose bookmarks, we may need to re-work this.

Add someway of bumping content down below the blue bar when positioned at the top of screen so that content is not blocked visually.
