GCompris just crashes with the following error if started from a terminal:

Maybe it's because of the Chinese locale?

I'm pretty sure that this was resolved in gcompris v9.1 judging from the changelog, and it does have to do with the different locale:
missingletter
Fixed missingletter crash uppon changing its locale.

What's odd is that I cannot reproduce it on Ubuntu 10.04, which uses gcompris 9.0.
