Turns out to be unmet dependency on libjetty-java. Running apt-get -f took care of it

i faced the same problem today, while trying to do an apt-get dist-upgrade since there were some packages kept back from upgrade, and it stopped at this package.

i later did an apt-get install libjetty-java and then everything went well again. kind of funny.

Yeah, it fails but recovers from it when you try it again. The bug is still there though.
