After several iterations of fun with Bug #437165, after the new updates to Ubuntu One, it crashes now instead of continuing to send me through an endless upgrade loop.

Hi Tonnerre, It's not obvious from the errors in the log file what might be the cause of your problems connecting. We've been having some server issues periodically that we think are close to being solved now. Some people were affected by these server issues, sometimes consistently, other times sporadically. If you can try one more time to connect and let me know if you have any success or not, I'd greatly appreciate it. If you aren't able to connect can you attach the following logs to this bug? ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ log/oauth- login.log ~/.cache/ ubuntuone/ log/syncdaemon- exception. log
Thank you for your patience and help with troubleshooting this issue.
