Bug Description
Authors can mistakenly upload a binary file into the 'plain text' file upload field. The binary is then included into the OAI-PMH xml, which results in broken xml and an invalid feed. We need to validate the input of this field. We'll detect the mime-type and if it's not text, return a message saying "The file selected in the plain text field does not appear to be a text file. Please check this and try again."
