log_file in kdc.conf produces no log content

Bug Description

Heimdal in Ubuntu 9.04 specifies logging in /etc/heimdal/kdc.conf under the [kdc] section as
log_file=FILE:/var/log/heimdal-kdc.log

However this configuration produces no content in the heimdal-kdc.log. Changing the line to the following resolves the propblem:
logging=FILE:/var/log/heimdal-kdc.log

This is no longer the case in natty, so I presume it's been fixed.
