Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity-frontend-kde

The checkboxes for formating partitions in manual install don't check. This means you can not format the partition.

It looks like it works only if you select he partition and then press "Change".

After that, checking or de-checking the format check-box works OK.

Looks like this might be an issue with KDE rather than the installer. I just went onto twitter through konqueror and could select the remember me checkbox either.

Is this the format checkbox on the main ubiquity window or the format checkbox in the edit partition dialog? The format checkboxes in the main ubiquity window are disabled (you cannot interact with them), and have been for some time.

Sounds like this is not actually a bug. Please set to New if Evan's point is wrong, and this is a bona fide issue.
