Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwibber

When there is no network connection Gwibber doesn't just shut its networking services down, but instead says that it can't authenticate Facebook, spawning the authentication dialogue for this service. This is not necessary since you've already give Gwibber permission to access your Facebook stream.
