Bug Description

This package is on the DhIconCacheChanges list at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DhIconCacheChanges. The attached patch adds dh_iconcache to the install target in debian/rules.

Suscribing ubuntu-archive.
Could you please remove the xfce-utils package from the archive? It's deprecated and replaced with xfce4-utils.
