Since I updated xserver-xorg-video-intel yesterday. My netbook was luggy and graphic slow. After That I downgraded the driver. Now it crashes when I use an external Monitor.

Are you running a fully updated Ubuntu 9.04? Did you manually install graphic drivers, kernel or other xorg packages? What exactly did you downgrade? _Only_ the xorg driver _after_ a complete upgrade?

This feels like a duplicate of #419328, but I can't be sure yet...

We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response. However, if the issue still exists please feel free to reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could, please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this confirms the bug is one we may be able to pass upstream for help.
