Hi Edison, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One has not been working properly for you. I can't say for sure, but I think the problems you were running into were caused by server errors. Can you try connecting again and let me know if you have better results this time? Thank you, Joshua

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 488413, so it is being marked as such. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.

We have a fix you can try in our beta PPA. If you follow the steps in the following FAQ you should be able to try out this new fix: https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+faq/836 If you are already using the beta PPA, then please check for and install the latest updates via Update Manager and then restart Ubuntu One.
